Virtual Breastfeeding/Lactation Plus Newborn Care Course / $100 pregnant person + 1 support person / $75 single (3 hour session)

How are you doing? Answering your questions and reminding you of key concepts. Also what do you need and how can you get it?

Prenatal course covers who, what, where, when, how and why for the first 3 months of life. You will leave with a solid foundation to get best start with breastfeeding/lactation,  and to care for your newborn with confidence.

• The “golden hour” / skin to skin
• The first latch and the early days and weeks of feeding
• Latch and positioning
• How to avoid nipple pain/damage

Intensive Private Course All-in-One: Childbirth, Newborn Care and Breastfeeding Preparation / $500 for pregnant parent + 1 support person
(7 hour course over 2 sessions)

This 7 hour private course provides an intense, condensed version of 8 week Comprehensive Childbirth Preparation series as well as Newborn Care and Breastfeeding Preparation in your home. In the first session, we cover what you need to know to prepare for your birth as well as medical interventions in case they become necessary or helpful. In the second session, we cover what you need to know in the first 3 months of life with your baby as well as a solid foundation to get off to the best start with breastfeeding, avoid common pitfalls and misinformation, know when you should seek help and gain confidence in your baby, yourself and your body! Those who are fully informed and are a part of the choices and decisions have much more satisfying experiences.
