Pregnancy, birth and motherhood awakened a deep passion and value within me. These are some of life`s most precious, most impressionable, and most important rites of passage. I was called to this work through my own extremely satisifying and empowering pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience. I believe that my positive experience was because of the support that I received during this sacred time, and after which I could not have imagined doing anything else. I had been looking for my passion and purpose my entire life; exploring everywhere from advertising to interior design to events. As it turns out all I needed to do was have a baby and read between the lines of my kindergarten career aspiration – “to be a mother.”
I am a mother of one, aunt to three including twin girls and I am the middle child of three sisters. I was raised in New Jersey and have been living in Astoria for over 10 years with my husband and now our son. I studied Design and Merchandising with a concentration in Marketing at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I love art, fashion and considers myself a Jane-of-All-Trades when it comes to creative projects.
